Strictly Bootcamp is a fitness program that includes the best, most passionate and enthusiastic personal trainers in Bromley and Bexley, guided nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level.
No boot camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose, or just those stubborn ten, you’ll find that Strictly Bootcamp is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Strictly Bootcamp and achieve incredible results.
I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it five days a week, at least do your best to attend three days a week. We have seen bootcampers achieve significant results while attending three days a week.
Professionally speaking…after working with many clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. To be honest, you don’t have the time NOT to.
Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. Our workouts are fun and energising but they can be intense and we won’t want you getting light headed.
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you can expect to drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your bum and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.
Strictly Bootcamp is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment.
Strictly Bootcamp runs sessions everyday of the week in Bromley and Bexley and in all weather conditions – we are that committed to your fitness! We suggest that you attend four or five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week.
You’re welcome to come down for our 2 week taster session, which is great value.However we’ve always found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your fitness, meaning you have made that commitment to yourself! (The best motivator is pure and simple, the great results you’ll be seeing.)
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. Its part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore.
In one word – FUN!! Since each workout is intentionally different so you have variety and a load of fun, and to maximize your results in the minimal amount of time, it’s hard for us to describe a “typical day.” You can expect a mixture of high intensity cardio, intervals, total body resistance training and core conditioning. Our unique combination of exercises and training methods optimizes fat loss and improves posture, performance and strength.
Improvement in performance can kick in as soon as 1-2 days in. You can expect to start seeing visual changes in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your own commitment and effort levels. It’s becoming common to see some of our bootcampers go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 30 days.
Strictly Bootcamp is an ongoing fitness program and is there to be the lifelong fitness solution for all of your fitness goals. You’re welcome to join almost all of our members in being in for the long haul, well beyond reaching their goals.
