Kaan was very nervous before this video was filmed but Strictly Bootcamp can confirm that he uncategorically did not do a Paula Radcliffe at any time…
If you’re wondering what all the comotion is during the video. Bromley personal trainer Andy Blackwell forgot to start his watch so everybody in the packed out Sidcup Sports Club Stadium were trying to stop Kaan mid-sprint.

Setting Realistic Goals that you can stick to

Cutting down greatly on the excesses, such as nights out drinking

Drinking more healthy drinks like Water (10-12 glasses a day for decent fat-loss)

Moving your butt more during the day

Training HARD 3-4 per week and taking yourself out of your comfort zone

Making nutritional changes such as having balanced meals 5 x per day to raise up that metabolism – That’s right….It’s not a MYTH!
